Job fair part II at HABA FAMILYGROUP

The region stands together

Bad Rodach, August 30, 2023 - Bad Rodach, August 30, 2023 - The first job fair
of the HABA FAMILYGROUP two weeks ago was a great success and exceeded all
expectations. The demand from further companies to participate in the HABA
FAMILYGROUP job fair is unbroken. In order to satisfy the continuing interest of
regional companies, the second and largest job fair to date is being held today at the
company's headquarters in Bad Rodach. A total of 16 companies will be presenting
themselves.

Currently, the HABA FAMILYGROUP is reorganizing its business divisions as part of its
realignment "HABA 2030 - for our children of tomorrow". In the future, the family-owned
company will focus on the two core segments HABA and HABA Pro. Parallel to the
transformation process, the HABA FAMILYGROUP is currently doing everything in its
power to be able to offer its employees from the JAKO-O division a professional future -
also outside its own company. The around 30 companies that have so far taken part in
the two job fairs organized by HABA include such renowned firms as Deutsche Post AG,
the HUK-COBURG insurance group, and well-known medium-sized companies such as
Gebrüder Ewald GmbH, Prodinger Organisation GmbH & Co. KG or Lasco Umformtechnik
GmbH.

"It was a successful and very well-organized event for us. We were able to win over
some interested parties for further interviews. The first hirings could therefore take place
soon. We are pleased to be able to offer the employees concerned a new perspective,"
Matthias Pomp, Deutsche Post Human Resources, Recruiting, drew an initial conclusion.
The current situation on the labor market in the Coburg region could hardly be better
for job seekers. Many companies are working hard to find employees. Thus, more
companies registered for the second job fair of the HABA FAMILYGROUP than could
present themselves today in Bad Rodach.

"The first job fair is already showing initial success, and I myself am surprised by the
positive response from our employees. In parallel to the job fairs, we have also initiated
training offers on the subject of job applications. This underlines our commitment to
finding solutions for our employees, even in challenging situations," says Maximiliane
Hofmann, responsible for Human Resources at the HABA FAMILYGROUP.
