The Playground

Our creative job world.

We at the HABA FAMILYGROUP work together to create a child-friendly world. Playground instead of standstill. Lasting values, not passing trends. The best development opportunities – professionally and personally. This and much more is what we offer our employees. Join us in shaping the future for our children. We look forward to hearing from you!

“A job with us makes sense. And it’s fun.”

“Shaping. The Future. Together. That is what each of our jobs is all about. We have very clear ideas about what makes the world child-friendly. We use a wide range of design options to develop ideas for this and have the courage to go our own way. We do this successfully, and that’s what makes it fun and brings us closer together.”

“I was given a warm reception.”

“The first day is always pretty exciting. Especially if it’s your first job. But I was really surprised about how casual everything was. The team welcomed me with open arms and my superiors really looked after me.”

This is what counts for us …

Around 2000 employees give it their best every day.

Our Kinderhaus daycare. Naturally valuable.

Live. Learn. Laugh. That’s what the Kinderhaus daycare on the HABA FAMILYGROUP Playground stands for. It is a valuable contribution to a good work-family balance, and a lovingly designed place where children from 0-6 years are looked after and encouraged by dedicated preschool teachers. And whenever possible they go out into the countryside - the ideal playground for our children. The “Luise Habermaass” daycare was opened in 2004 and is one of the pioneers when it comes to company kindergartens.
Children have always been important to us and they always will be, "because for them, we are who we are. And for them, we do what we do” (Habermaass family).
