We at the HABA FAMILYGROUP work together to create a child-friendly world. Playground instead of standstill. Lasting values, not passing trends. The best development opportunities – professionally and personally. This and much more is what we offer our employees. Join us in shaping the future for our children. We look forward to hearing from you!
“Shaping. The Future. Together. That is what each of our jobs is all about. We have very clear ideas about what makes the world child-friendly. We use a wide range of design options to develop ideas for this and have the courage to go our own way. We do this successfully, and that’s what makes it fun and brings us closer together.”
Tim Steffens, CEO HABA FAMILYGROUP
I became a part of the HABA FAMILYGROUP in 2018. From the beginning, I was allowed to work on projects on my own. But I was never alone, because I can always rely on my colleagues. We stand up for each other. Even after an internal change, I was integrated into the new team instantly and openly.
Katharina Bauer, Product Owner Workplace
As I come from Bad Rodach, I grew up next to - and with - the HABA FAMILYGROUP. After my apprenticeship and the Meister examination, I was able to develop into a leader. Working together is great fun. I learn new things every day and can share my experience. Respectful and valuing interaction is a matter of great importance to me.

Live. Learn. Laugh. That’s what the Kinderhaus daycare on the HABA FAMILYGROUP Playground stands for. It is a valuable contribution to a good work-family balance, and a lovingly designed place where children from 0-6 years are looked after and encouraged by dedicated preschool teachers. And whenever possible they go out into the countryside - the ideal playground for our children. The “Luise Habermaass” daycare was opened in 2004 and is one of the pioneers when it comes to company kindergartens.
Children have always been important to us and they always will be, "because for them, we are who we are. And for them, we do what we do” (Habermaass family).
